This was honestly the most painless experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. I was having issues with my exhaust and booked an appointment online. Merrick was awesome and followed up right way confirming the appointment. I was able to book their courtesy car so I didn't have to miss work. I was in meetings all day and they made it super easy to communicate over text and approve the work needing to be done. Not only did they fix the issue in the same day, they also washed my car!
I took my van in because of a steering problem- Sat was my service advisor and he was excellent. The problem was identified quickly and a plan was formulated to get the parts and necessary work done. At that time a couple of other things were noted that needed some attention. Luke D was my Technician and he did an excellent job with all the repairs, as well as he paid attention to little details like when he had the dash apart for the steering column replacement, he recognized that he could run a wire for cell phone charger ... read more
