I didn't use their services but I called to inquire about my hybrid and they were super honest and No BS customer service. Said there was no real benefit for me to do the work here vs Toyota for a water pump replacement specifically and didn't try to sell services. Refreshing!
Went here to find out a fix for my trunk, they couldn’t figure it out and charged me 200 for nothing. Scammers
