Excellent knowledge on EVs at Precision Auto! I drove all the way out from Vancouver and would do it again. If you're looking for quality EV care, this is definitely the place to go. Their commitment and curiosity to fix problems far (far far far) outweighed anything I ever saw at the dealer.

Precision has taken care of my X5D the last 2 years and done a great job. This last service there was a one-off mistake made, we are all human, they inspected and assessed the vehicle and they immediately explained the error and were honest, took full accountability and fully repaired what needed to be done. In a world where this level of honesty and accountability is rare, I found this to be stand out.
