Getting our van fixed here was a headache. We brought it in initially because the check engine light was on. They did a transmission and timing cover repair, and we came to pick it up thinking we were good to go. Bought my truck from dealership near by, had transmission issue within a week, brought it here to be worked part of the dealership warranty, brought it in 2-3 times until finally they swapped out my transmission without asking me, put in a junkyard transmission that I knew nothing of no miles recorded nothing on it, then maybe a month later now, I’m having hard shifting problems and took it to a transmission shop near where I live and they found no transmission filter installed and the fluid pan had 2 mount bolts snapped int... read more
Took in my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. It kept throwing some weird codes. They were able to diagnose it and they work with AUTTO (after market warranty company) and the total cost for the repair was $1200. I paid my $100 deductible plus $100 extra for labor. Mark and his staff really knows their stuff and they got my car handled in like three hours. Will definitely trust my maintenance and repairs to them. Thanks again
They fixed my sunroof in May. It was fine, but did take 3 weeks and they had terrible communication on when I would be getting my car back. In June, the sunroof would not close. I had only used it a handful of times since they fixed it. When I tried to call them to repair it, as it had literally been a month since they had fixed it (and 1500 dollars) I felt they should help me out.
