I called requesting assistance and a quote for a front bumper damage and spoke to German. Extremely disappointed and disheartened with the form of communication and the line of questioning. He even hung up mid sentence. It feels like he just was not interested in anything that could be done to fix my car, not totaled or non functional but damaged, felt like I was disturbing him more than anything. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
