Tree limb hit my car, estimate given then paid by tree removal company, repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. Staff explained and handled everything.

Absolutely I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Precision Auto Center. My car was hit while it was parked one night, and it was a very stressful situation. After an accident, we took the car to the auto shop. The owner promised he was going to replace the damaged doors (he billed the insurance for it) and leave the car like new. The car was scheduled to be done in two weeks but after almost a month of waiting, he didn’t not replace the doors, he just fixed them, then, the staff was rushing and still putting the car together and through the phone he aggressively demanded more money because according to him he spent more than he charged the insurance. I recently needed a collision repair and brought my car here. It was my first time going through a repair and felt lost but the owner German explained everything very thoroughly and helped me understand the process. Sabina also has been very helpful updating me throughout the process, and my car came back repaired nicely and in great condition. Highly recommend!
