Went over the service and pricing over the phone, followed up by an appointment. He had a technician ready on a Saturday and got an entire 8hr job done in 6 hours. Same price as agreed upon. I will be back for any future work and suggest them to anyone who needs legit motor work on their BMW. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! They did an amazing job with great attention to detail. Everything was done very carefully, cleanly, and much faster than I expected. The customer service was excellent as well—everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful. My repair was completed perfectly, and I’m extremely satisfied with the result. I wanted give a huge shout out to Sam at Precision Auto Care. I got in contact with him after purchasing a vehicle from Loyal Signature Motors, since they work with him. Sam was super nice and I informed him of some issues the vehicle had since purchase date. We scheduled a day and time and he even accommodated me sooner since I had to leave town for work.
