Best mechanic I ever had a straightforward honest great prices I've dealt with jim for over 5 years now I will prefer him to anyone before going to any Mercedes or Audi in the authorized car dealership
Not very precise imho. Told my client they needed a radiator fan because it was intermittent. That maybe true, not sure, but it already had a blown head gasket, so a ridiculous $1200 fan repair wouldn’t have fixed the underlying issue. Maybe next time scope the cylinders which takes about five minutes on these inline 4s before you rush to judgment.
Jim is an honest mechanic that I trusted with my BMW anytime there was a problem. He’d take care of it, communicate with me the whole time, and offered fair prices. Highly recommended for anyone who has a German car and needs a reliable mechanic.
I had been having issues with my car for a while but every mechanic told me my car was totally fine. After getting an oil change, the problem became worse. I googled auto shops and Precision Auto Care was the one my gut told me to go for. Took it in yesterday and got it back today and it feels like a different, better car! Jim was so kind, quickly knew the issue and was able to get the job done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable, honest cost.
