Saved our trip Our Jeep engine stopped on the interstate. Could not get the dealer to assist, but Mitch at Precision Auto checked it out and allowed us to continue on our way, with our thanks. Offered to pay, but he wouldn't have it. What a breath of fresh air, was Mitch.

absolutely terrible!!! I had broke down next to the shop and they told me they could look at it for 30 mins before charging me. My car had started just fine this morning and had died and they told me it was because I had a bad starter. That makes no sense at all because a bad starter wouldn't cause it to die. This shop is horrible! The techs aren't certified, repairs as simple as an oil change take all day, the customer service of all employees, including the owner are beyond unprofessional. I went in for a simple radiator swap, was there for 5 hours, the tech that worked on my car never changed out a radiator before. And two days later my transmission starts leaking and slipping gears. Went to Precision to have my radiator repaired and left with more issues. They broke a part and caused my transmission to leak. Went to the shop and they yelled at us and would not claim any responsibility or even look at the problem. Will never return to this shop. Mitch hires non certified techs that yell at customers.

Finally an honest mechanic!! I recently moved to Salem and was in need of a mechanic. I found this shop listed and they were close to me so I thought I would give them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I have found very few shops in the past that know a lot about Saabs. Dishonest, Poor Workmanship, Definitely a lack of PRECISION – I took a vehicle in that had a couple simple issues that needed addressed. I received a fairly large bill for the work, but was pretty confident they had done the job right. It turned out that when the problems continued I had a friend who knows a bit about mechanics look at it and nothing in the least had been done to the vehicle to fix the problems. Honest Helpful Business – I was traveling south on I-5 when a belt broke. I just picked this place because it was close. I found them to be courteous and helpful. They had to order the belt but they did a safety inspection and found I needed four other belts. I thought there prices were reasonable. They fixed the problem that day. And they went the extra mile for the safety check. I am forever grateful and will be going back to them again - hopefully, not on an emergency basis!

Great Customer Service Superior Auto has great customer service.. they have a vast knowledge in what they do. I have heard nothing but the best about them, that is why I have used them in the past!
