I called around to at least seven other auto body shops. All I needed was my front bumper painted. It was a new bumper. I just needed to match my car and all the other shops were trying to charge me six or $700 just for a paint job, I called precision and I got quoted a much much much lower price and the work is phenomenal and they’re fast. I highly recommend precision Ottawa. My ex-husband owned an auto body shop so I really do know what quality work looks like thank you guys so much for being so good to me.
Precision Auto Body Shop was absolutely fantastic to work with. Ed was professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. They are extremely efficient with their work. Everything was smooth and much quicker than I expected, and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent/honest customer service!

I was devastated when I got into my first accident. My insurance recommended precision for auto repair, so I reached out to Ed who is the owner of the shop. Ed was very quick to respond and his team- Michael and Ed’s son were very quick with ordering parts to getting my car fixed all under 2 weeks I am very grateful for them and the speedy service they gave right before the holidays! 10/10 definitely recommend coming here for any auto repairs!
