From day one… I’ve had nothing but issues with this shop and the owner. Not only am I having problems with the job they did, now they want to play in my face. I didn’t do a review originally because in I let it go. Now I am currently having issues and being played with. Emailed them about the work (they did) and I was told let me see if you have a warranty and then no response… What I do know is repair shops are supposed to have a warranty on the work they provide, so now I have to look at my paperwork and go from there. Our car was returned unfinished after claiming it was finished. We only discovered it was not finished after inspecting it. They also told us 4 separate times our vehicle would be “finished”. I confirmed the time I would be there and when I showed up it was still not ready. I explained that I didn’t care how long it took I just needed it finished and to be told a correct date not given a run around because I already returned my rental.
