Precision Auto was a Godsend to me, stranded on a Friday, on the street, with a dead battery, and a new alternator (OEM) and serpentine belt -and I only had 3 hours in that spot according to local popo. From my initial call, Precision was top notch. Customer service that was professional and helpful. They gave me a quoted estimate that was fair and matched at the end of the day - the mechanic even stayed past the normal end of the day to complete the service so I wasn't stranded for the weekend.
