Excellent mechanics, knowledgeable technicians, responsive, friendly, and respectful customer service. You can tell the shop is run well and I highly recommend them. Work done was a timing belt replacement and related fixes on my Acura MDX.
Brought my car in at 9:30am on a Tuesday, and had my car back to me by 1:30pm same day. Associate Fio clearly communicated pricing and timelines. Technician O’Neil quickly evaluated and determined the problem. They removed a rock from my rotor at no charge, and recommended I monitor my control arm and power steering pump for signs of wear in case they need future replacements. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold, and they’ll have my business for years to come.
I recommended Precision Auto to my sister who having problems with a car. She took it to another shop before hand and they were charging her an arm and leg and a couple toes just to tell her what was wrong with it. Not only did Precision beat their price by hundreds, they also had it finished same day within a few hours. They're very honest at Precision and gives the best service and does amazing work. 10/10 Once again!
