Quick and Reliable I've taken my car here many times for oil changes and regular maintence checkups. They are always quick and explain everything to me. They have reasonable prices and you can even find coupons online at their website.

Ladies, this is the shop for you! As a single woman, some auto shops make me feel uncomfortable because I'm in "a man's world." That is not the case with this shop. Not too impressed I took my 94 Jeep Cherokee to Precision Auto to get a safety inspection and it failed for other reasons than the first Inspection station. They scaled the car and found things defective. I was not really impressed with their feedback or lack of. They never followed up on the costs to repair each problem. Though my situation may be considered unique, I feel that anyone paying for these services should get 100% feedback with the appropriate costs. BEST Auto Shop in Germantown Precision Auto is definitely the BEST auto shop in Germantown. I had taken my car to another shop 3 times and it still wasn't fixed. Precision Auto fixed it the first time. Also, the guys in the office, Andy and Memo, are really nice.
An honest shop that you can trust. I've been taking my cars to Precision Auto for years. The best thing about them is they are honest! They can do all maintenance and repair just like the dealer, but they are less expensive. They have a free shuttle and rental cars on-site. All their techs are ASE certified. If they happen to make a mistake, they admit it and fix it right away. I love taking my car to someone I can trust.
Great Service They take great care of my cars and they are always there when I need them. I use the free shuttle all the time.
