Ruined my truck and refuses to fix it
the man that was there taking care of me was rude he was rude to another customer will I specifically asked for oil change only and they start trying to find other things that's wrong then he proceeded to give me my change and it was the wrong time so we had a dispute about that I would just say I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone else going back

I went to Precision Tune Auto Care for an oil change with a coupon for $19.99 and to get an inspection for $30.00. I was then told an extra fee of $6.58 was added for the oil filter. I then had to wait over an hour. I was called back and told that there was a leak in the small upper radiator hose. They showed me hose and it showed signs of leaking at the connections. They lose peices to your vehicle, blame you, says (they don't know if it was there before). Do not apologize, just said "I'll have to call dealership and order another one". JUST KEEP UP WITH THE PIECES IN THE 1ST PLACE!!! HAD CAR FOR OVER 11 YEARS, THEY HAVE IT FOR A COUPLE HOURS AND LOSE STUFF!!!! DO NOT BRING CAR HERE IF YOU DON'T NEED TOO...🤬🤬
