We had an appraisal done at our home in February, the communication was very poor trying to get it scheduled. Once it was completed the facts were incorrect on how many bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens we had in our home. We were not able to get an updated report with the correct information. I left messages and text communications and received nothing back. It was a frustrating experience.

God tier appraisals
They gave an appraisal on my house that in turn held the buyers loan up so it wouldn’t go through and they did not have a clue about what was wrong. He had stated that, “ The siding is missing & the frame is exposed.”. This was under a deck that no frame was exposed and it was the foundation with wood furring strips that was used to hold up vinyl siding under a deck.
