God tier appraisals
They gave an appraisal on my house that in turn held the buyers loan up so it wouldn’t go through and they did not have a clue about what was wrong. He had stated that, “ The siding is missing & the frame is exposed.”. This was under a deck that no frame was exposed and it was the foundation with wood furring strips that was used to hold up vinyl siding under a deck. I am a Realtor and represented the seller on a VA sale. This appraiser took well beyond the 10 allowed days to even make the appointment. Then provided the appraisal with predications the day before loan commitment was due. The appraisers was very hard to reach or to return any calls. The seller worked hard to get the items done but he could not come back to check because he could not fit into his schedule because "he lives too far away" Came back to check, said it was still not right.
