I can’t say enough great things about this company. They are incredibly diligent, communicative, and always quick to schedule whenever I have any AC or heater issues. Their responsiveness is honestly unmatched. I also love that they consistently send the same technician—Donald—who is exceptional. He really knows what he’s doing, and it shows every visit. Top notch company. Our furnace was in n its last leg and Chris (owner) took care of us ASAP. Great communication and incredibly talented installers. In less than 48 hours we have a new, reliable and efficient furnace, with some extra upgrades to our system to make our life’s easier (thermostat, filter grate) for $3000 LESS than our original quote from another company. You cannot go wrong by calling Precision Air in Benicia for your HVAC needs.
My experience with Precision Air Solutions has been overall excellent. DJ, the technician is very knowledgeable and eager to answer any of my questions to make me feel comfortable. I have used this company for regular maintenance as well as fixing an issue with my HVAC system. I will be using them exclusively regularly for maintenance and if anything may go wrong in the future. Chris has also been instrumental in scheduling appointments and picking up the phone to help. Highly recommend Precision Air Solutions. 5 stars!
I need more than 5 stars to express how happy I am with the product and the customer service we received from Precision Air Solutions. After extensive reviews of companies in our area, we found this one to be the best. Chris made sure we had the right unit for our needs and dispatched a talented team to inspect our old unit and install our new unit. Best of all, they offered financing! I'll be sure to tell my friends and family on social media who to call for their HVAC needs. Thanks again Chris, for taking such great care o... read more
