no customer service started to do business with precision air, after not hearing from them in over a month I called, someone would get back to me I was told. 2 weeks later I called again, left a message, again no one called me 2 months after I am still waiting for someone to call, and a refund . I've called more then5 times and sent an email. customer service nil, customer care nil , resolve complaints nil. I am so very disappointed with precision air :( will never refer them or call them for work again I am sorry to say.
