Complete rip off. Long long time partner/customer. My compressor stopped working, and I knew it was probably the capacitor, which I could've fixed myself for $10, but didn't have the time and figured it couldn't be more than a couple hundred bucks. Nope. Almost $600. The man claimed the capacitors I could get are cheap Chinese products, but who cares? I could've replaced it 60 times for the same price. My story is the same as Cameron’s. They sold my 99 yr old mother a 16k ... yes 16k Boiler to replace the previous unit . When I questioned this they said they offered her 3 quotes Ranging from 13k-17+k. She took the middle quote. My mom had dementia and was in the process of moving to assisted living.
Too expensive; precision overcharged and up sold my uncle on a ac/heating unit. My uncle has mild dementia so he made for an easy mark for predatory salesman like who ever he dealt with here. The warranty sucks and requires a lot of extra work despite being over-charged so heavily. They scheduled an inspection and gave a total BS time window ended up shifting scheduling burden to us despite promises otherwise. These guys are not worth the extra money you will pay, service is not worth the price.
