I wish there was a 0 star option! The lady in the office is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever tried to hold a conversation with. I fought with her for over a month for an order to be processed. One day she had the order, the next she said she never received it. I want to say Precision Air came to deliver my AC unit today spoke to Ms.DJ. she was so helpful and nice and friendly and Mr. Randy and his son came out to put my unit in and they were so friendly and nice they did a wonderful job I recommend them to anyone who needs a AC unit call Precision AC...if I can give them a rating higher than 5 awesome people
