Just to start, Absolutely horrible service. I had an issue and had to speak with upper management, i spoke with someone by the name of eric. Who then transferred me to somebody named allen who was the most rude and un polite human i have ever spoke with. He was so off putting and uncaring for my concerns, i will never in my life recommend this dealer or come here ever again! Take your business elsewhere before coming here even if its just a different acura dealer. Allen should not have a job here.
Great staff! Everyone was nice. Bought my 2017 Rlx and came back June 2025, Rodrigo made the purchase go smooth.
We had a great experience at Precision Acura. Vince was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I especially appreciate all the help he gave me setting up my RDX technology, and giving me a great test drive!
