Just purchased Acura ADX and had great experience dealing with sales folks as well as the manager. Mr. Gais Chalak specifically has always been very helpful, with a smile, for any questions in terms of post sales support. God bless him, his manager Joe, and the dealership.

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Precision Acura of Princeton. I initially contacted the dealership and worked with a salesperson requesting a simple lease quote. Instead of continuing to assist me, my inquiry was handed off to Eric, the General Sales Manager. From that point on, getting straightforward answers was truly impossible.
