This is the best tattoo shop I have ever walked into. Each artist is friendly, engaging and personable and the owner Amy Shandick is awesome. The wait for an appointment, if you have one, is well worth it. My expectations have been exceeded so many times by the artists. The guests artists that come in every month are awesome and their styles are unique. They even check on you a day or two after you get tattooed to make sure you are healing properly and to answer any questions or concerns. I would (and do) recommend this shop... read more

RecommendedI had a wonderful experience getting my first tat with Amy Shandick! She went out of her way to work with me on a time and date that I could make it in. Amy was very professional and caring; after consulting and exchanging ideas for the tat, the design was everything I hoped for, during the tat she noticed I was getting cold and wrapped me up in some sheets to keep me warm, and after the tat gave me some great advice for after care and also followed up with me personally on the tat. There are so many things to love about PVT. The shop is always spotless, the staff are all super friendly and professional. They are SUPER talented and do awesome work. The process from consult to completed work isn’t the typical walk in and sit down but it honestly results in a much better tattoo. And Consult Day is a good time, there’s food and they have no problem with bringing kids in. The waiting room is spacious and there’s toys to keep them occupied. I can't say enough about this shop or the people who work here. It's clean, friendly and so much more than just a tattoo shop, I feel home. I had went to a few shops with my tattoo idea but I never clicked with an artist. I found PVT through Google or one of Amy's posts on FB. I recently got tattooed at precisely veiled tattoo with guest artist Renee Little. The biggest thing I remember about her is how professional she was while still being very nice and easy to speak to. I loved the design she picked out for me and the result is breathtaking. She doesn’t just tattoo her client; she also educated me on tattoos and even helped me with personal things.
