We've been using outside Precise for about 4 years now and they are the absolute best! Jose and Ricky are the two who usually come to my house and they are very nice. Both of them are great at explaining why you have a problem and the best solution, while also offering alternatives. We haven't had any issues since using Precise and that is the way I like it! Highly recommend for both their pest control and customer service.

We were using one of the big companies for pest control and had issues with responsiveness and billing problems. We are in the process of selling a house and needed a termite treatment done as soon as possible before the closing. I found Precise on the internet and emailed them, they contacted me very quickly. They scheduled an appointment to check out the property within a day and scheduled the actual treatment as soon as they could.
