I highly recommend Melad Aziza from Precise Temperature Control, Inc. He genuinely cares about helping his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly. My AC stopped working shortly after the labor warranty had expired. Melad came out, diagnosed the problem, and found that a wire had been chewed by a critter. I recently had my furnace and AC installed by Precise Temperature Control, and I’m very happy with the work. The installation was clean, neat, and very professional. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and take pride in what they do. Excellent service! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and tune up my AC system. He explained what he was checking and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The service was reasonably priced at only $89, which was a great value for the quality of work.

If we could give them a 10+ we would!! MI heat wave, holiday weekend & they got us on their schedule same day. Arrived an hour earlier than the estimated time window & had our AC unit diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour at a more than reasonable rate. Technician Melad explained everthing as he worked in easy to understand terminology. He is our hero today, and saved the holiday weekend. Thanks for everything!
