We had a wonderful experience with Melad (owner) and his assistant! During these cold winter Michigan months, our furnace had completely died. They answered every single question and concern that we had before replacing our whole entire heating and cooling system. Professionalism and going above and beyond. Our furnace stopped working middle of the night and within minutes received a phone call. Melad walked us through our issue of where our thermostat was not communicating with our furnace and where we were able to get heat until he was able to come within hours. Last evening, the furnace in our new house stopped working, and we had to go to bed in the cold. The next morning, I texted Melad—he had previously helped with the furnace and A/C at my condo. Even though it was a same-day request, he drove out to my new house right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repairs, and took the time to walk me through how to properly maintain the entire system moving forward.
