Last evening, the furnace in our new house stopped working, and we had to go to bed in the cold. The next morning, I texted Melad—he had previously helped with the furnace and A/C at my condo. Even though it was a same-day request, he drove out to my new house right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repairs, and took the time to walk me through how to properly maintain the entire system moving forward. Highly recommended, absolutely someone worth keeping in your contacts no matter where you move.

Professionalism and going above and beyond. Our furnace stopped working middle of the night and within minutes received a phone call. Melad walked us through our issue of where our thermostat was not communicating with our furnace and where we were able to get heat until he was able to come within hours. Will definitely be reaching out to Precise Temperature Control for all of our HVAC needs. Value, professionalism, meticulous, courteous, knowledgeable.

Melad is a credit to this organization. Extremely responsive to our needs. Great professional , and customer oriented. He took care of our Thermostat/ furnace concerns. We had wonderful service from Precise Temperature Control! Our furnace stopped working and they came out the same day to fix the issue. Melad was very knowledgeable, honest and professional! Our blower motor went out, and Melad went out of his way to check if it was still under warranty and it was. Not only did he save us money, but he came back the very next day to replace it. I highly recommend!!
