Melad was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, explained the options and offered his advice when asked. He was able to come same day on a holiday weekend and is able to come back very soon after we decide on a course of action. Highly recommend him.

Melad was absolutely phenomenal. He explained everything from top to Bottom, was very patient, explored all different options, was just amazing to work with I will no doubt continue working With Precise. Of note, I compared to other coats with him, and he was cheaper and he was willing to even give a more competitive price. Would recommend hands-down. He installed two AC units, two furnaces, humidifier, air filter, multiple thermostats, zoning, boards, and a water heater.

In a pinch on a Saturday during this hot spell and the first few calls to other companies ended up being with an AI wanting to schedule out a couple days. A real person answered for precise and a tech was here same day in a few hours. Melad was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in his repair. Very satisfied with the service!

Melad was fantastic. He was available for an appointment quickly when my A/C went out, arrived on time, texted before his arrival and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile with all the extra questions I had and checking all the aspects of the system. I dread calling repair professionals anymore because it's hard to know what you will get. I highly recommend Melad and Precise Temp.
