This place offers no hope of recovery. My requests stay u responded to, the desk agent has no clue what they offer, and the doctors are lazy.
USE ANYONE ELSE BESIDES PRECISE. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I’ve received from this provider. On multiple occasions, they have been 30-45 min late for scheduled telehealth/in person appointments. One of my appointments was canceled without any notification, leaving me waiting on the phone for over an hour with no explanation. No one ever answers the phone 45+ minutes of letting it ring and no answer
Unable to reach staff. Mental health is so very crucial and important and we can’t even reach our Dr’s office for an appointment by phone, message, nor by email. This is unheard of and seriously neglectful of patients under such serious care!!
