No one ever answers the phone 45+ minutes of letting it ring and no answer
Unable to reach staff. Mental health is so very crucial and important and we can’t even reach our Dr’s office for an appointment by phone, message, nor by email. This is unheard of and seriously neglectful of patients under such serious care!!
