This is the best realty service around. I have never seen such a dedicated realtor. Jennifer LeBlanc is always working to make sure her clients are happy. She works 6 days a week from sun up to sun down. She will always be there for you. Whether you are renting, buying, or selling she is the one you need. There are never any hidden fees and any questions or issues that you may have are always answered with just a phone call or email. No need to look anywhere else except Precise Realty Corp and ask for Jennifer!
These people are a rip off! Stay away from any home they rent.... they charge cleaning fees of $500. No calculation and excessive other misc. fees...they con you in with cheap pricing online, and then the fees often double the cost! We rented a home in Sarasota and just got hammered with a $500 cleaning fee, $250 " other fees". Then taxes....they're crooked and don't deserve to be in the business..
