I cringe to give this company even 1 star. If there was a negative, that's what it deserves. This is a very bad company. Do not do business with it. I have lost a lot of money with this deal. He sold me the property as a re-hab and included management for one year. I didn't know that he was not responding to any of the renter's requests for maintenance. He gave me rent for a few months but then played games and wouldn't answer any calls - both Michelle Anderson and Mark Roth are in on it. I'm still trying to fix the place up... read more
As of 07/10/2013 My Attorney has filed a lawsuit and compliant with the Federal Bureau Of Investigation against precise property management and Lb reality. owned and operated by Mark Roth and managed by Michelle Anderson aka Michelle Newman for embezzlement of thousands of dollars and property theft. I would be very careful with this company and any relations to it.
Stay away from the likes of Precise Property Management in Kansas city. Michelle Anderson (Operator/Property Manager) and Mark Roth (Managing Broker) at LB Realty LLC who is the (owner/principal) of Precise Property Management have misrepresented rehabbed houses they sell and lease out to tenants especially to out-of-state investors who they target. We have taken two accounts from Precise Property Mgmnt. Both investors have lost thousands of dollars over the last several months. There is something going on with this company for them to keep from paying out their owners. It is a disgrace and gives a black eye to our industry. Please do your research as an investor. The worse property management team I have ever had to deal with in over 15 years of property investing. They have received rent from the tenant from August 2012 to April 30 2013 and withheld all payments to me. The house is in need of urgent repairs and they have ignores all repairs and withheld all payments to me. They have continually given me promises of action and resolution in the near future but it has been 9 months of frustration. AVOID.
Stay away. I have been attempting to collect rent since July 2012 and it is now March 2013. The debt nor the amount are in dispute I have gone entirely from PPM's own books and statement. Including an email of debt from December 2012. I am using someone else now. I have had to start legal proceedings to recover that money and I don't know how long that will take or how much. suffice to say I am not happy. I have had 4 promises of yes, next week.
