As a fellow home inspector, I recommend Ken when I cannot get to an inspection. He is fantastic and treats others with respect. He is one of the best I have the pleasure to work with.
When buying property, it’s important to have a great inspection company to ensure you know what you are getting and that’s what Precise Property Inspections is. I worked with Chad twice, first on a property I didn’t buy due to all the issues he found and second, on a property I did buy and haven’t had any issues with since I moved in. They responded fast and did a thorough job. I have recommended them since my experience multiple times and will continue to do so.
