I never write negative reviews, but this company is so bad, I feel it my duty to warn others about them. If it were just a communication issue, I could live with it, but I'm not even sure that the inspector was in my home for more than 5 minutes, the report was so off base! From day 1, Precise Property Inspection was problematic. If I could provide less than 1 star, I would. I would like to warn customers about this home inspection business. We thought we were working with a company that had strong business ethics but sadly found that to be very disappointing. I am only going to share part of this but there is much more. This is after their inspection and we paid them and had then agreed to buy the house. When you walked into the front door of our house on the left there was a VERY obvious patch of dry rotted floor. No mention was made of that.
