I have been using this privately owned company for 17 years for commercial jobs and residential jobs. Lance Hamley the owner never lets me or my HOA down. No matter the problem or the weather, he is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain how things work and what he is doing. I will use no one else after dealing with the finest for all these years. I highly recommend this company.

Lance appeared infact little earlier than expected which made my schedule easy, and I liked his services very much. He was able to successfully complete the repair work on my water heater. He was very interactive and explained me how the water heater works and what to do when it doesn't work. He explained me how to perform maintenance by self.

Mr. Hamley installed our new water heater for us and did excellent work in a timely manner. He also replace our PRV which corrected our knocking pipes. His rates were very reasonable and he was professional is his work.

Lance came an hour and 20min late, didnt call when he was on the way. Refused provide paperwork or history from last or current visit to ny home. Was snarky and rude whe I asked questions about what he needed to do verses what the HOA requested. Tried to take a photo of me for the HOA but they said they never heard of that and would not request a technician take a photos of the homeowner. He felt racist.

Lance answered the phone and showed up when he promised he would. He found the problem and fixed it cheaper than expected. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. I'll call him again.
