Jim is a great guy - super respectful, talented Plumber. He was prepared and brought all the correct parts and installed them properly - no shortcuts - did what's best for the situation. I highly recommend Jim for any plumbing job big or small.

Jim, Sanela and Precise Plumbing were amazing to work with and I would easily recommend them to anyone in need. We recently worked with them to have our toilet fixed after a hose erupted. We had a long delay on waiting for parts to come in - Sanela kept us updated the entire time, and we scheduled quickly as soon as the parts were available. I want to highly recommend our plumber Jim (Precise Plumbing in Hoboken). First of all, his price was better than all other local plumbers by a significant margin, both for the regular tank-type, and the tankless Navien. But maybe more importantly, his approach and communication were a pleasure. He and his receptionist Sinella were great to talk to and explained things patiently for all my questions and wavering.
