Jim came to our rescue on a Friday after 3pm when our hot water heater gave out without warning. He is very professional, knowledgeable but most important reliable and a nice person. I knew the job would get done. I highly recommend!
Jim is a great guy - super respectful, talented Plumber. He was prepared and brought all the correct parts and installed them properly - no shortcuts - did what's best for the situation. I highly recommend Jim for any plumbing job big or small.

Jim, Sanela and Precise Plumbing were amazing to work with and I would easily recommend them to anyone in need. We recently worked with them to have our toilet fixed after a hose erupted. We had a long delay on waiting for parts to come in - Sanela kept us updated the entire time, and we scheduled quickly as soon as the parts were available.
