Had a great experience with Jim! Bathroom sink was leaking- he came to fix that, and when I mentioned in passing my heat wasn’t working, he was able to look at my boiler and realize the pilot light was out. He lit it with my lighter and my heat finally worked! He didn’t even charge me for that (and it saved me having to call someone else about that). Reasonably priced and he’s a very nice guy! Would definitely use them again
Jim came to our rescue on a Friday after 3pm when our hot water heater gave out without warning. He is very professional, knowledgeable but most important reliable and a nice person. I knew the job would get done. I highly recommend!
Jim is a great guy - super respectful, talented Plumber. He was prepared and brought all the correct parts and installed them properly - no shortcuts - did what's best for the situation. I highly recommend Jim for any plumbing job big or small.
