I chose this company based on their good reviews but was very disappointed. The technician couldn’t identify the cause of my shower leak, yet still charged $50 for a service call. He suggested opening the ceiling for another $250—without any certainty it would resolve the problem. I would then have had to find another contractor to repair the hole. I called a different plumber, who quickly diagnosed a faulty drain silicone and fixed it on the spot. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. Precise sent a technician to snake the drain that afternoon. Excellent service & friendly staff. I am now a lifetime customer.

The right parts in the right place in a timely manner. Reasonable rate. Very helpful and pleasant staff. What else can you ask for. I LIKE!
