I have been with Precise for 6 years now and have had great service. Only one time have I noticed some spiders and called for a reservice and they came out the next day and took care of it, and that was today. 5 stars all the way.
Things have been fixed and we are very happy with the results of Precise and how the owner, Billy, actually took care of us after the problems that were had in the following description. I have been helping out at my sister's and Brother-in-laws house for the past several months. When I got here back in June, I was told about their ant problem and that Precise would be coming in the next week to take care of it. We've tried a number of pest control services and started using precision maybe 6 years ago. We've been very satisfied with the results. When we had some ants in the kitchen this summer they came out and took care of it right away. While they were here they took care of the entire inside of the house, garage and crawl space since our busy schedules rarely align such that we are here to let them into all those areas.
