This company came out and supposedly serviced our air conditioner not once but twice; the last time being the latter part of August 2016, Needless to say, the first time it was turned on this year it was making a horrible noise and would not run. We made 2 trips in August 2016 but you were only charged for 1 trip. Like may other HVAC companies, we DO warranty our repair work for 30 days. Your request for warranty came 10 months after the original repair. Our lines of communication in the office are always open and we appreciate the chance to make this right.
