I am a cake decorator. I do custom cakes that are carved etc. I was making a Harley Davison stand up birthday cake. i needed a frame. Doug took a lot of time making sure it was perfect to hold the cake. We have gone to him for other projects and he has never disappointed us. Will continue to go to him he does awesome work quick and to perfection!!

Called Doug and asked him if he could do an over bore on a small engine block and he said yes, no problem. He said it would be around $100.00. I dropped off the part and the next day he called and asked if I could get a bigger piston, which I could not. He told me that he did not line up the bore before starting and damaged the block. I went down and talked to him and he said it could be salvaged with a sleeve insert. So, I ordered a sleeve that cost $42.00 with shipping and brought it to him. Considering this machine shop is still in business through the years, when others have unfortunately gone under, speaks levels about this company. Not to mention the 2 complaints here were from someone who was mad because he couldn't get a email address and the other a quote issue. The owner works 7 days a week to deliver jobs on time. He is far from a drug user as mentioned in the previous review and is a very honorable man. i would that this pos is on crack i called to get an email address so i could send pictures of somthing i wanted to have done and was accused of being rude to his supsosive employee that was probably his son and i said well okay and hung up for why would i waste my time using a shop that doesnt even have there stuff together enough to give customers an email adress , i get a call back from the white trash owner whom begun to cuss me out and say derogatory things me about my persons of whom he had never even met i assume he i... read more

Had to rate it to post review, but honestly, I would not even give this shop one star. Took equipment in to be repaired, and owner quoted \$100...I left my phone number and said go ahead, but call if anything comes up. Went to pick it up, and he was charging me \$455!! Thats right...\$455!!! Never even called me for authorization to do extra work and he admitted he had my phone number!! Hes refusing to return equipment... Ill let you decide if you want to go to this guy.
