Chris and his parents run an honest and fair business. They have good partnerships in suppliers and the gem expertise and offered consistent and fair advice along our journey. We were happy with our transaction and would come back for our next occasion. Recommended.
As much as we wanted to support a family business, our experience with ring shopping was no less than a nightmare. We designed a ring with the older gentleman and when he proposed the ring was so small it barely fit my pinky finger. My engagement moment felt ruined as I couldn’t even wear my ring & the design was not how it had been designed. Highly recommend!!! My fiancée and I had the best experience working with Chris at Precise Jewelers. It was extremely evident that Chris cares about his customers as if they are his own family. He was patient and worked with us to find the perfect ring and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the end result. Precise jewelers are awesome. I worked with Chris and he was very up front and easy to work with. They have a plethora of wedding rings and other outstanding jewelry pieces. There is no need to go downtown LA jewelry mart. They have great prices, outstanding selections and great service!
