They are my go to inspection company! Precise AZ offers thorough and cohesive reports.
Stay away from them, very bad inspection report, like their name report is also very precise. We paid for infrared also and after asking couple times only they shared images. Inspection report came very late while we had aggressive timeline for closing. Fortunately our seller had done inspection from their end already and when I compared seller’s inspection report with precise, I understood how short and bad inspection was done by Precise. They didn’t find leaks on deck that was there in seller report and many other findings... read more
