Stay away from them, very bad inspection report, like their name report is also very precise. We paid for infrared also and after asking couple times only they shared images. Inspection report came very late while we had aggressive timeline for closing. Fortunately our seller had done inspection from their end already and when I compared seller’s inspection report with precise, I understood how short and bad inspection was done by Precise. UPDATE: After a month of trying to get customer support they only replied to me when I posted this negative review. Then asked me to update my review in exchange for helping me. So here it is - calling them (and Craig specifically) out again for horrible customer service they'll only fix if you leave bad reviews. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Horrible. Did a very cursory inspection, and when I tried to get in touch with them for questions they just flat out didn't return phone calls.
