Craftsmanship, creativity, and communication: these qualities sum up my experience with Andy and Precise Home Renovation. My recent project, remodeling a tiny bathroom in a an old building, proceeded flawlessly beginning to end. Throughout, Andy made practical suggestions to maximize space and functionality, designed a cabinet/shelf system in place of the old linen closet, guided my choices of fixtures, and interfaced with the city building department. I couldn't be happier with the result.
My house was a disaster because of a heating pipe leak. It is now put back together better than before. So many trades were involved in this project. Andy had to wait for the preparation to be ready for him. And he was always patient. I have an old house with original plaster moldings. Andy made sure that it was restored to perfection. He cared to go the extra mile to make sure he could restore the original molding. Andy and his team did great work after a pipe burst in our house and flooded our basement, laundry room and powder room. The project came in at budget and on time. Andy communicated each day when the crew would arrive and what they had planned to work for that day. During the restoration, we incorporated numerous ideas Andy put forward. I highly recommend Precise Home Renovation.
Andy was great! He built a door frame from scratch and repaired a door and drywall that had been damaged by another contractor. Very high end work! I appreciate his time taken and his expertise in fixing the unique issues with my much older house. Reasonable rates for the skill involved and I would definitely use him again.
Took a while to get to our job but we have now used them twice and they did an excellent job both times. Very happy with their work.
