Tim and Ryan are two of the most amazing men I've had the pleasure of working with. They were very thorough during the inspection of our new home. I would hands down call them again. Their knowledge has me feeling even more confident in the purchase of our new home. They were on time, took their time to explain in detail things I wouldn't have thought about. I'm extremely grateful to have found them.
Incredibly disappointed. They missed a number of key issues with my home and then after weeks of calls and emails, they finally made it out and agreed that they had missed damage to fascia and agreed to fix it. Weeks again before they finally showed up to determine it wasn't their fault. Tim told me that he would send me a proposal for fixing it - that was three months ago and still nothing. There are so many great inspectors in the area - you can find better ones than this group.
Trust the reviews and go with precise home inspection! They came out to our house the next day we called him. He was great durning the inspection and was helpful on how to improve the structure we had built by a bad contractor. I would recommend his service to anyone I know!
