Brian, a plumber from precise came out after a pipe burst in my basement. Super friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong, how it might have happened, and even gave a couple of thoughts about dealing with insurance potentially. (I would not have thought to save the pipe with a hole in it.) I cannot sing enough praises for every interaction beginning to end with them.
Precise has been very professional and friendly to work with. We had a lot of companies out to to help us with our ac needs and Precise was the only company we trusted to get the job done to our expectations!
