Very helpful and responsive sales team. Install team was efficient and helpful.
After we had a home inspection done we found out we needed to get our furnace serviced due to condensation build up. Kyle with Precise did an amazing job! He was extremely professional, kind, and timely. He explained to me what was causing the condensation build up and walked me through the steps he took to fix it. Amazing service!

Our furnace was not kicking on. Kyle was able to efficiently diagnose the problem as a thermostat issue. Precise Heating delivered a new thermostat to him and he installed that day. The furnace now works without issue. We'd go to Precise for any future needs related to heating, A/C.
