Wow!!! Same day service. Wake up to no hot water. By 2pm they arrive explain to me what is wrong. Took the time to explain the options & answer my questions (no pressure or rushing me to make a choice). And by 4pm the new water heater is up & running. Thank you guys so much!!

Brian, a plumber from precise came out after a pipe burst in my basement. Super friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong, how it might have happened, and even gave a couple of thoughts about dealing with insurance potentially. (I would not have thought to save the pipe with a hole in it.) I cannot sing enough praises for every interaction beginning to end with them.
