Mike came out a couple of times-texted before arrival and fixed our garage door opener. The 2nd visit was necessary to remount one of the eyes, which he had mentioned was on an old (somewhat rotten) piece of lumber.

Technician was friendly and informative.
Communication was great and technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Doors operate much smoother after service / new rollers. Price was reasonable. Couldn’t ask for much more than that!
