Needed AC repair that went out overnight. I called them at 7am, they got me on the schedule for 8-10, guys came out at 8:20, diagnosed it, had needed replacement parts in their truck, and whole thing was fixed by 9:15am. They went over the diagnosis and were up front with all pricing before making repairs. Great service!!
Great Company to work with ! They have helped us out on several projects. They price their jobs fairly , do what they promise and honor their warranties.
Precise was responsive and sent a technician quickly when our AC went down in the summer heat. They fixed the problem and explained the issue. We are looking to replace some of our older equipment and plan to use Precise again. Excellent service!
Melvin does an awesome job shows up quickly and finishes the job. I timely manner at a fair price if you can’t fix something then it can’t be fixed.
I never said that my air make-up wasn’t working. I made it very clear that the issue was with the exhaust and intake being off balance. I repeated this multiple times on the phone because I wanted to ensure it was understood as a balancing issue. On the phone, I explained that I went on the roof, felt the make-up intake, and noted how much air was being pulled in. I also felt how the air was coming out of the exhaust. I won’t reconsider the 1-star review. I hope you reconsider the appointment charge.
