Quick response, polite and friendly. This team took their time in tracking down the issues with my heat and making the proper repairs. They also took the time to get my gas fireplace working again. I've used this company a couple of times and recommended them to friends with nothing but positive reviews. Thank you for keeping me warm!
1st of all, the diagnostic fee is not applied to your invoice if you approve the repairs. If that's the policy...ok. 2nd I was told that I needed a new thermostat ( even though the one I have is only 4 months old) and the cost would be over $500 for a new one. I saw the thermostat I have at Home Depot for $68 and one of the reviews highlighted a common mistake with connecting the thermostat. It only took me 5 min. to make the repair myself. This company engages in price gouging! Caveat Emptor...let the buyer beware!
Needed AC repair that went out overnight. I called them at 7am, they got me on the schedule for 8-10, guys came out at 8:20, diagnosed it, had needed replacement parts in their truck, and whole thing was fixed by 9:15am. They went over the diagnosis and were up front with all pricing before making repairs. Great service!!
Great Company to work with ! They have helped us out on several projects. They price their jobs fairly , do what they promise and honor their warranties.
