Precise has serviced my AC since putting in a new unit about six years ago. I fell behind on maintenance but they offer a great annual plan and have been very thorough and upfront with any repairs I’ve needed. I’ve had three different techs come out over the years and all have been super nice and friendly. Highly recommend
