Scam artists. We lived in a property in Glendale under this real estate agency and it was a nightmare. Appliances broke constantly and when asked to have it fixed, an unqualified elderly friend of the landlord (Bob Kasumyan) came to “fix it” but this usually made the problem immensely worse. The shower glass door fell off its hinges while taking a shower. The water went out for a week and no attempt was made to fix it until day 8.
