this place is horrible. i bought an engine for a van from these guys. i repair fleet vehicles for a living, so getting the part in a timely fashion was important. the owner, who is very hard to actually get on the phone, assured me he would have me a quality engine ASAP. the ASAP part was almost right, but the quality part was not right. upon install, after adding all fluids to the engine, it promptly threw a rod through the side of the engine without even having run for 10 seconds. now, the owner is even MORE difficult to g... read more

I bought an engine for my Dodge Durango about 6-8 months ago from them. The engine runs great and had low miles compared to the other used auto part shops that we checked out. Also it was $150.00 cheaper! Even though it was 45 minutes to drive there it was WORTH IT to save that kind of money and I got a great engine.
Bought a transmission for Ford F-150 last week. My mechanic said that it was in really good condition and now my truck drives great! I would recommend Precise to all my friends. They were very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted.
I purchased a rear axle assembly from Precise Auto. I called ahead of time and paid over the phone because I was driving a long distance to get the part and I didn't want someone else to buy it before I got there. The inventory listed the axle in great condition. When I got there they had it ready for me, but I was a little disappointed in the condition.
