Our one-year old Trane A/C system stopped pumping out cool air. And it was a weekend. But I thought I'd call Precise Air & Heating and leave a voice mail so that someone would call me back on Monday. Well, to my surprise the phone was answered by Kevin (one of the owners) and he immediately booked a visit by his brother Ken for the following day.
