Purchased both of my standard poodles from her. Was satisfied with grooming in the past. This last visit I was very dissatisfied. My girl poodle was not cut the way I wanted. they told me her head and ears were too matted. That was a lie, they screwed up then lied about it. I get home and my back seat is covered in blood. My boy poodle's foot was cut and bleeding. My girl poodle was very scared she went straight to her cage. I examined her and her left ear is bleeding and very raw. I can hardly touch it. Only place we’ll take our dogs, they are never nervous and come home looking great.
They always do a great job grooming my baby girl!
It took them 4 hours to do my Morkie for one thing, and they didn’t do his head like I ask them to do. They made him look like a schnauzer in the face. That’s not what I ask for, I found a scratch on the inside of his ear and the rest of his coat is uneven. So although the staff is friendly, I don’t like anything about his cut so I won’t be going back there. Good luck ladies.
Becky is the only groomer that can handle my pup. She’s awesome takes her time with Sadie. She’s had 2 ACL torn and hurts Becky makes her comfortable enough to where she doesn’t hurt worse. Thanks so much. ��
Precious Pup are the only groomers we will use. We’ve had our Multizu groomed there over 10 times. Always perfect. Low prices and friendly people! Very accommodating schedule too. Always get us in last moment with no complaints! Thanks again!
