Handled my elderly dachshund very roughly after going there for years with three dogs. That was over year ago and I have never been back. My dog is not a biter, very gentle, but the tech was in a surly mood from the minute we walked in. Would never go back and never recommend them.
Taking my dogs there for a LONG time. CLOSED sign on the door today when we went for appt. WHAT'S GOING ON ????
