I have been going here for 10 years. It’s the best. My $25 gel manicure lasts for weeks. I’ve watched customers come up with bizarre, ill-advised ideas for their nails and then complain about the results. I’ve watched customers try to teach staff a lesson by withholding tips when they didn’t read the prices for the service and then act like they were bamboozled. The staff is always graceful. Whether you’re a local or a transplant, this place deserves your business and your kindness.

I would trust half the reviews. Other half not. I've seen the rudest women walk in and treat these nail techs like rag dolls. They take advantage of them because maybe they don't speak the best english. They don't know how to communicate to their nail techs. Women coming in late, women coming in with attitudes, and not knowing how to communicate. Nail salon gives me peak looks every time pedi and mani~

Worst nail salon experience ever. She cut my toe during the pedicure, argued with me over what I asked for, she was being aggressive and rude. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and even started yelling at each other in front of customers. This place is chaotic, and has zero respect for clients. Don’t waste your time or money here. Come to find out from other customers they are always like that, they shouldn’t even be in business.

This is one of those times where I should have trusted the negative reviews before deciding to go and spend money. I went and got a pedicure and my 13 year old got a manicure, very basic simple services. I've walked in to many salons in the past and there's a certain standard mani/pedi that is provided at literally every salon I've been to, except here! Do NOT get waxed here!!! Many weeks ago I came here for an armpit wax and Coco did a fine job. I went there yesterday and a different lady did a horrific job on my armpits. They sting like crazy! She did it very differently than Coco. I believe she spread a whole bunch of wax on the entire area first, and then later kept waxing the same areas over and over, got wax stuck to me and was trying to remove it.
