Vanessa is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to between NY and FL. She has been able to do every design I’ve brought to her. I will not go anywhere else again. It’s so hard to find someone that knows what they’re doing, is talented and personable and Vanessa is hands down the best!!
Edit: once our pedicures started, the experience was amazing but it started out really annoying. Our appointment was at 1 pm. and we sat for 10 minutes and no one greeted us or told us what the delay was. I double checked twice to be sure we had the right date and time. All we needed wasa human acknowledgement of our existence, a “hi someone will be with you in a few minutes.” The techs are all awesome once we were in a chair. Just a little customer service training would make the entire experience amazing.
