I went in at 18 weeks for a gender reveal ultrasound and was told the wrong sex for the baby. I had already done a reveal and bought and registered for baby items by the time I had a professional ultrasound at my doctor and found out they had misinformed me. I am now out a lot of money and this place refused to refund me or do anything to rectify the situation because within a few weeks of my appointment it allegedly “got new owners”. My husband and I scheduled a gender ultrasound to find out what our first little bundle of joy will be when it arrives. The staff were so incredibly kind and warm. It felt like they really cared about our little GIRL! I have already recommended them to friends! �
We love this place! Just had our keepsake ultrasound with our second yesterday! Love being able to bring family so they can enjoy the experience!
The girl was so nice and the room was huge! But my husband and I were severely disappointed with the quality of the 4-D pictures! I understand that baby doesn't always cooperate but a friend of mine had her 4D ultrasound the same day and the pictures are absolutely night and day different! Our pics were so blurry and hard to tell what we are looking at in some of them! For spending almost $150 we thought the quality of pics would have been better!
