Pleasantly surprised... Hello, my experience at this organization in palm desert was just fabulous. I just quickly wanted to let any folks know if there selling jewelry they should make it a point to come here. I've been living in Palm Desert with my husband for years and visited 5 other places over the last 2 months hoping to compare prices and a gentlemen named Richard from this firm offered me the most money. This is a quality business. I brought in a gold rope necklace and a gold bangle braclet that I had never worn. I also brought in a small pile of broken and outdated sterling silver jewelry. I got a better price than Triple A Gold Exchange! Richard is very professional and friendly. I came in without an appointment and he wasn't in the office. Hello good afternoon from Miss Doreen ;-) I have 3 words "This place rules!" LoL for anyone who cares I brougt like 3 sets of gold earrings with me that I quit wearing years ago with a nice diamond ring (ex-boyfriend) that I didnt plan on selling... just wanted their gemologist to estimate the value :) WOW It was worth more than I thought these guys were way better than 2 local jewelers I've been going to for years. For those you looking to sell your valuables – Good day folks from JWP. Just a tidbit of knowledge to share ---the wife and I have a local jeweler we've been dealing with for years we trust in the city of Brea. Quoted a price that we both felt was fair for our old jewlery we decided to sell. I was ASTOUNDED that this operation in newport beach paid a great deal more. God bless everyone
