Truly A Precious Memory..... Precious Memories has been amazing. Not only did I find the dress I've always dreamt of wearing but I found the most beautiful bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dress. My Mom even found her dress there. The staff is wonderful, very patient and very honest but most importantly they are very helpful. Their selection is great and their prices are unbeatable. In a rush for your wedding needs Precious Memories Bridal is good to go to if you are in a rush for your wedding needs. It doesn't have the best selection or the best service but if you are in a rush and don't have much time it's alright to try.
Disappointed Bride Well im sad to say this was the first bridal shop that i went into, this was to be a very excited time...I young girl at desk was not very interested in working with me, left me alone for long periods of time and did not want to assist me i looking for a nice dress. I only tried on 3 dresses and then got the feeling that i was bothering her, so decided to leave..There was some nice dresses but this experience made me feel i wouldnt want to go back...
Ok service I visted 2 other places before going there to Precious memories. My first impression was the smell of the place. I thought it smelled, the place look outdated. I had to filled out a form, which i had to list designers and type of dresses I like and yet she didn't use and kept bringing me dresses that I would not consider twice.Furthermore, the place was small which I didn't like they were at least two other brides trying dresses. about my dress::rude. forget the big bridal supermarkets, go where they know your name I'm a shopping guru. I have a special store for everything. The hunt for the best bridal shop was a true test of my guru ability. absolutely fabulous I thought their selection was fabulous. I fell in love with 5 gowns! Their price was lower than other stores and their customer service was excellent. PROS: selection, quality, prices, customer service CONS: street parking only
Hurt and Disappointed I do not get how Precious Memories won an award from The Knot. I was so disappointed. Even though there was only one other customer in the store and three salepeoples on duty, I almost had to beg for help. Once I finally got the girls out, the one was very helpful in helping me find a veil, but the owner was very rude. Joyce made me feel so comfortable and beautiful during our appointment. I absolutely fell in love with a Sottero & Midgley gown, and she went above and beyond to request a sample for me to try. I'm so thankful for her help and can't wait to visit again to find a dress for our larger celebration next year.
