Dr. Braswell is by far the best OB/Gyn. She is so kind, knowledgeable and professional doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond for her patients- she came to the hospital to deliver my daughter on her day off, and then actually called to follow up with me before my 6wk appt to see how I was doing. Shes the only doctor I’ve ever had that I actually look forward to seeing. The office staff has always been responsive, kind and helpful as well. Called 2x during business hours and was told I would receive a call back. I never did. I called back the following Monday and was told they would not even allow me to make an appointment without calling my insurance first even though I told them I was already referred because they were in my network. As a business that works within OB/GYN they should understand the importance of prenatal care but instead they’ll make you jump through hoops just to be seen.
